The term ‘Cast Iron Radiators Ireland’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 6 Longlands Avenue, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim BT36 7NE. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Cast Iron Radiators Ireland takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
Delivery of the Goods shall be completed on the Goods’ arrival at the Delivery Location. Delivery is provided by a 3rd party company. All goods will be delivered using a lorry with Tail lift. and will be lowered off the rear on to a pallet truck. The courier will move the goods with the pallet truck to an accessible kerbside location at the delivery address. The pallet truck will not move over steps, deep gravel, or rough ground and the courier will not take goods into a Customer’s premises.
You should ensure you have arranged sufficient assistance on the day of delivery to help you move heavy Goods into your premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address has full access and that a lorry can fit and park legally on the street. If there is access issues and delivery is not possible it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a reattempt. There will be a charge that will be invoiced.
THE CUSTOMER CAN NOT RELY ON SIZE ESTIMATES; DO NOT ALTER PROPERTY OR LAY ANY PIPEWORK UNTIL THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN POSITIONED
Although the Supplier will make every effort to be as accurate as possible, because the Goods are bespoke and handmade, all measurements stipulated in brochures or on the Supplier’s website have a 4% tolerance and all measurements provided are estimates.
The Supplier strongly recommends that the
Customer positions the Goods on its premises before installing any pipework or making any other structural or non-structural alteration to the premises. BE ADVISED; the Customer cannot rely on these estimates., The Supplier cannot accept responsibility for any remedial works required should pipework be laid in a position before goods have been received.
Cancellation, Return and Credit
We will accept cancellations of an order before its delivered, However, this right of cancellation does not apply to the surface finishing’s applied to Products at your specification and direction (for example, primer finish, painting, polishing or powder coatings). In the case of Products that have received surface finishing’s at your specification:
Our work in the provision of these Services and the additional products used as part of these Services cannot be canceled once this work has been undertaken (as permitted by law); and
due to the additional works involved in restoring the Products following a full surface finish, we will only be obliged to refund 60% of the price you paid for the Product excluding the cost of the surface finish.
If you cancel your Contract we will:
Credit you the price you paid for the Products, other than:
In the case of surface finishing’s applied to Products at your specification and direction and in which case, due to the additional works involved in restoring the Products following a full surface finish, we will only be obliged to refund 60% of the price you paid for the Product;
In the case of accessories being returned there will be a 30% restocking fee of the price paid at the time of contract
To reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (as we are permitted to do by law), Save that if we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount;
Refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of a Product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the Product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option; and
Make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below:
If you have received the Product and we have not offered to collect it from you: 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Product back to us. For information about how to return a Product to us, see below; or if you have not received the Product or you have received it and we have offered to collect it from you: 14 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the Contract.
If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. But only once we receive the goods back and can determine if the fault was due to manufacturing. Once the goods are returned to the manufacturer's factory premises it may take up to ten working days before the goods are fully tested and any fault can be confirmed as due to manufacturing or not.
Small chips on paintwork or surface blemishes do not fall under faulty goods as these are easily repaired with touch up paints or are in the nature of cast iron.
If a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your Contract:
then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. If we have offered to collect the Product from you, we will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection; and
unless the Product is faulty or not as described (in this case, see clause 17.4), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. If we have offered to collect the Product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
The information requested on registering with Cast Iron Radiators Ireland will be your name and email address. Additional information such as age and address may be requested, if necessary.
Cast Iron Radiators Ireland uses the information collected to keep you updated on website developments, to advertise new products and services, to fulfill your request for certain products, and for customer feedback. Cast Iron Radiators Ireland will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cast Iron Radiators Ireland will respond to any Court Order or legitimate request by authorities for personal information, with which they must comply or in connection with any legal process.
You may request amendment or deletion of your details at any time by contacting us, clearly stating your name, address, and email identifier.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees whom we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their job. We will only share personal information with a third party if it is essential as part of your order fulfilment.
Any third-party company we share with will not use or share your information for any other reason apart from order fulfilment. Cast Iron Radiators Ireland may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way, we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
